Browsing and messages
To deliver and protect these pages, Cloudflare’s infrastructure processes technical data such as IP addresses, requests and traffic information. The website does not require an account or use audience analytics, advertising trackers or profiling tools.
To diagnose connection problems and network errors, Cloudflare may receive technical reports from your browser through Network Error Logging (NEL).
If you email the contact address, the data processed includes your address, any name you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. These are used to read your request, respond and handle any follow-up. Contacting the author is optional; a reply may not be possible without a valid return address. Please include only information relevant to your request.
Purposes and legal bases
Secure delivery of the pages and ordinary correspondence are based on the controller’s legitimate interests in keeping the website accessible, preventing abuse and responding to people who contact him, within Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Where a request concerns a possible agreement or collaboration, Article 6(1)(b) also applies to steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, where applicable. Processing required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c).
The controller does not use messages to subscribe people automatically to newsletters, send marketing or make automated decisions about them.
Providers and international transfers
Cloudflare provides static website hosting through Workers Static Assets, DNS, network protection and email forwarding. Correspondence is received and managed through Google’s Gmail service. These providers receive the data needed for their respective functions; incoming emails are not published.
Cloudflare acts as a processor for content in transit and customer logs and carries out certain processing for its own purposes as described in its privacy policy. Google’s terms and privacy policy apply to Gmail. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Depending on the service and transfer, the applicable safeguards include adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses; the providers’ documents explain these arrangements.

Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up. Any further retention must be justified by a legal obligation or the need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Providers retain technical data according to the criteria in their privacy policies, which concern service delivery, security and applicable obligations. There is no single retention period for every category of data.
Cookies, RSS and external links
The pages do not set profiling or audience analytics cookies, or embed videos, maps or social buttons that load external services. Cloudflare’s infrastructure may use technical cookies when needed for its security functions; their purposes are described in the Cloudflare cookie documentation.
There are no contact or subscription forms and no active newsletter. You can use an RSS reader of your choice to follow the feed without giving the website an email address. When you follow a link to a source, publisher or shop, the destination website’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests in the circumstances provided by the GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact lettere@campionievarianti.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
